Cook to Trade Project

Our project for young people to experience learning how to cook a variety of foods from scratch in a kitchen environment. Young people will then use this knowledge to experience street trading, creating their own Young Peoples Market. Experiencing serving customers and cooking freshly prepared foods This project allows young people to work towards completing a level 2 food safety certificate. ​

This project is accessible to young people aged 11-18. 



Our school holiday activities provide young people with the opportunity to take part in a range of sports and social activities.​



Our competition invites young people aged 11 -16 to take part in a fun and educational activity. The competition is also a platform for young people to display their skills what they have learnt from the Cook to Trade project.​

Community Partnerships

We grow food with young people to help them to understand the growing process and learn essential life skills. Also to provide fresh ingredients for our food service and to provide fruit and vegetables to the local community for free.​
